I took these last night... the night AFTER it was technically full and technically super close to us.
Still a pretty nice looking moon. It's juuust starting to lose full strength up in the top and top right where those craters are showing lots of detail.

Talk about 'truth in advertising'. A patron at the Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas collapses while eating a "double bypass burger". She was also smoking a cigarette and drinking a margarita. Some might say that's not a bad way to go! I can think of few better, myself. And some might also say that it's probably not JUST the burger that lead to her collapsing.
Luckily for this lady, she survived and is recovering but I doubt she'll be planning any kind of litigation. You've got to figure there's going to be some risk involved when you order a "double bypass burger" at the HEART ATTACK GRILL! But just to be safe, the restaurant has warning signs posted:
"This Establishment is Bad for Your Health."
By the way, the "double bypass burger" comes with two half-pound burger patties and bacon (and an option to add more bacon if you're feeling lucky).
